Products & Availability:

All custom floral arrangements are handcrafted using fresh, seasonal flowers.

Due to the natural and perishable nature of flowers:

  • Availability and appearance may vary from photos shown online or on social media.

  • If specific blooms are unavailable, I will make suitable substitutions of equal or greater value, maintaining the overall look, feel, and colour palette of your order.

  • I take great care to ensure your flowers are fresh and handled with love from creation to delivery.

Bookings, Enquiries & Deliveries:

Fiora Brae Flowers currently offers workshops and custom floral designs by enquiry only.

  • All bookings begin with a form submission or direct email enquiry.

  • Once I receive your enquiry, I will get in touch to discuss availability, design ideas, pricing and location.

  • Your booking is only confirmed once details have been agreed and any required deposit/payment has been received.

  • I currently deliver custom orders within Cheltenham and nearby areas.

  • If you’re unsure whether your address is within range, please contact me before ordering.

  • Pick-up or market collection can be arranged by request.

For more information, please see my Delivery Policy.

Payments:

All payments for custom orders are due at the time of the agreed order. For workshops,  a deposit is required to secure your workshop booking. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, or Square).

Fiora Brae Flowers does not store full payment details.

Cancellations, Refunds & Returns:

  • Custom orders may be cancelled up to 72 hours before your scheduled delivery for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made after this period may be partially refunded at my discretion, as flowers are perishable and may already have been ordered or prepared.

  • I do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of flowers.

  • If your custom flowers arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and I will do my best to resolve the issue promptly.

Workshops

  • A non-refundable deposit (25%) is required to secure your date, with the balance due two days prior to the scheduled workshop.

  • Final pricing will depend on group size, workshop type (flower crowns or wreaths), seasonal flower choice and travel distance.

Cancellations & Changes

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 7 days’ notice before the workshop date.

  • Cancellations made with more than 7 days’ notice may be refunded

  • Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice may be non-refundable or only partially refundable, as flowers and materials are ordered in advance.

  • If participant numbers change, please let me know as early as possible. Final numbers are usually confirmed 5 days prior to the scheduled event.

Travel & Location

  • Workshops are held at your chosen venue (home, workplace, community space etc.) within Gloucestershire and surrounding areas, subject to agreement.

  • The client is responsible for ensuring there is suitable space (e.g. table, chairs, reasonable lighting) for the workshop to take place.

  • Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside my usual delivery area.

Health & Safety

  • Sharp tools (such as scissors and wires) are used during workshops.

  • Participants are responsible for using tools sensibly and following guidance provided during the session.

  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, and I reserve the right to refuse participation if I feel safety may be compromised.

Market Sales & Custom Orders:
