Delivery Policy

At Fiora Brae Flowers, I take pride in delivering fresh, thoughtfully curated floral arrangements across Cheltenham and surrounding areas. As a small, part-time business, I operate on a limited schedule to ensure every order receives the attention and care it deserves.

Delivery Area:

I currently deliver custom orders within Cheltenham and nearby areas. If you’re unsure whether your address is within range, please get in touch.

Standard delivery radius: approximately 10 miles from GL53.

Out-of-area deliveries may be available for an additional fee or via collection.

Workshop Delivery & Set-Up:

Fiora Brae Flowers operates as a mobile floral studio, which means I bring the workshop experience directly to you. Workshops can be held at your home, workplace, community space, or chosen venue within Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas.

What I Provide:

  • All flowers and foliage

  • Tools and materials (e.g. wires, tape, ribbons, mechanics)

  • Any additional items needed for the specific workshop (flower crowns or wreaths).

What You Provide:

  • Tables and chairs for all participants

  • Reasonable lighting and access for set-up and pack-down

  • You’ll need to provide a suitable space, such as:

Set-Up & Pack Down:

  • I will arrive ahead of your workshop start time to set up, and will pack down at the end, leaving the space as I found it wherever possible.

Delivery Fees:

Delivery fees for custom orders are calculated based on distance.

For local deliveries (within the GL53 area), I offer a flat delivery rate of £5.

Free local delivery may be available for orders over a certain value.

Delivery Conditions:

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified time and address. If no one is home, flowers will be left in a safe, shaded location or with a neighbour, if possible.

I’ll always do my best to keep your flowers fresh and safe, but cannot take responsibility once they’ve been delivered.

Market Sales:

All market purchases are made in person and subject to availability. Due to the seasonal and small-batch nature of my work, I may not be able to guarantee specific flower varieties, but I’ll always ensure arrangements are fresh, balanced, and beautiful.

Market Collections & Pick-Ups:

I sell regularly at local markets each month. Follow my social media and website for dates and locations. If you’d like to collect your order from a market or my studio, please note this within your inquiry and I’ll confirm the details by email.

Delays or Cancellations:

As a small business, I sometimes face delays due to weather, supply issues, or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, I’ll contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative delivery time or full refund.

If you need to cancel an order, please do so at least 72 hours before delivery day for a full refund. Cancellations made after that time may be subject to a partial charge to cover flower costs.
