Refund Policy
At Fiora Brae Flowers, each order is handcrafted with care, creativity, and attention to detail. Because my flowers are fresh, natural, and perishable, I can’t offer the same return options as other retail products — but I always want you to be delighted with what you receive.

This policy explains when refunds or replacements may apply.

Due to the preparation involved and flowers ordered in advance, workshop bookings are non-refundable within 7 days of the agreed date, and custom orders are non-refundable within 72hrs of the agreed delivery date; except at my discretion. Where possible, I’ll work with you to reschedule.
Cancellations of Custom Orders:

Orders may be cancelled up to 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.

Cancellations made after this period may incur a partial charge to cover flowers already purchased or prepared.

Because these are made to your specific requirements and often involve pre-ordered materials, custom designs and wreaths are non-refundable once work has begun.

Please ensure all design details are confirmed before production starts.
Deposits, Cancellations & Changes of Workshops:

If you need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, please provide at least 7 days’ notice before the agreed date.​

Cancellations made with more than 7 days’ notice may be refunded (minus any non-refundable costs already incurred for flowers or materials).

Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice may be non-refundable or only partially refundable, as flowers and materials are ordered in advance.

Market Sales and Collections:
All market or in-person sales are final. Please check your arrangement before leaving the stall or collection point.
Refund Processing:
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the same payment method used at purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear in your account.
Quality Guarantee:
Flowers are a natural product, and their longevity can vary depending on type, care, and environment. I always source the freshest stems and provide basic care guidance.
Once delivered, I can’t accept responsibility for how blooms perform in differing home conditions (e.g., heat, sunlight, water levels).
